CANCELLATION POLICIES:
STANDARD RATE RESERVATIONS
. If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours ( 2 DAYS ) minimum before arrival date, we charge 80 % fee will be charged.
. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, a full charge for the first night per room will apply.
Group Booking Cancellations ( 3 or more rooms reserved )
. 2 weeks minimum required before arrival date.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS
. Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged per room.
The Alhambra Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if any changes have been made to the original reservation.
Payment
After making a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the travel price should be paid to the bank account indicated on the booking confirmation. The rest of the payment must be made 30 days before the start of the trip without the need for a second request. For booking less then 30 days before the start of the trip, payment of the full price of the trip is required whithin 3 days after our confirmation.
